Smith Machine Incline- 4 sets of 10 reps
In And Out Combo- 4 sets of 8-10 reps
Pec Fly- 3 sets of 12-15 reps
Weighted Dips- 4 sets of 10 reps
Cable Crossover with Pushups- 3 sets of 12-12 reps
(Delts & Triceps)
Rear Delt Fly with Facepulls- 4 sets of 12 reps
Arnold Press with Standing Press- 4 sets of 6-10 reps
Rope Pressdown with Front Raise- 4 sets of 12 reps
Overhead Ext. with Side Dumbbell Raise- 4 sets of 12 reps
Cable Kickback with Cable Side Raise- 4 sets of 12 reps
