Routine
*Warm up with pullups and cable crossover (watch vid)
Incline Dumbbell Bench- 4 sets of 12 reps (I threw in pushups after each set)
Parallel Grip Incline Press- 4 sets of 8-12 reps
Dips- 4 sets to failure
Single-Arm Press- 3 sets of 10 (each side)
Wide Grip Flat Bench- 4 sets of 20 reps
Tricep Pressdown super set with Upright Row- 5 sets of 10-12 reps
Behind The Back Shrug (smith machine)- 5 sets of 10-12 reps
