Hello and thank-you for visiting my channel - Yoga with Kate.
Todays tutorial will be a short class for runners to practice pre-run. It’s a fantastic class to work all the muscles groups you’ll be using in your run (Hamstrings, Quadriceps) and is a good stretch for your hip flexors. It’s suitable for beginners and advanced. If you warm up correctly before running in this class it should minimise your chances of sustaining an injury. It will also allow your muscles to perform at their optimum level.
