WELCOME! Our names are Robena and Leila, and we are both Registered Dietitians. We started this channel because it is SO hard to find credible nutrition information online. We live in a time where a quick scroll through instagram will have you believing that you should: do the carnivore diet, but also be vegan; do intermittent fasting, but also eat every few hours; count macros, but also eat intuitively; have ‘willpower’, but also have a healthy relationship with food.
So we decided to do something about it. We will cover everything from the basics of nutrition, to debunking the latest nutrition headlines, all the way to deep dives into controversial topics that may not have clear answers just yet. Our commitment to you is to be a credible source, give you evidence-based information, and answer the questions YOU have about food and health!
