Описание: We are officially in that time of year when the weather changes and for many people, so does mood. Over the past few videos, we have been talking about Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) and the role of diet and nutrition in mental health. This week, we are continuing our discussion on SAD but from a slightly different perspective. We’re leaving the diet sphere and migrating to another important piece of lifestyle and health - physical activity.

As Registered Dietitians, food is our bread and butter. However, we would be doing a disservice if we didn't talk about exercise and its profound effect on mental health. Can you move your way out of the winter blues? Watch the video to find out!

00:00 - Intro
01:48 - Exercise and mood
04:18 - Exercise and depression
05:57 - Why exercise helps
