🌾 Ingredients
For Dough

All purpose flour (Maida) – 1 cup

Salt – a pinch

Oil – 1 tbsp

Water – as needed

Knead a soft, smooth dough

For Chicken Filling

Chicken minced – as required

Chopped onion – 2 tbsp

Salt – 1/2 tsp or to taste

Red chili flakes – 1/3 tsp

Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp

Cumin powder – 1/3 tsp

Garam masala – 1/3 tsp

Turmeric (Haldi) – a pinch

Green chili chopped – as needed

Mix everything well and cook until chicken is fully done.

🔥 Method / Procedure

Prepare the Dough
In a bowl add maida, salt, oil and water. Knead a soft and smooth dough. Rest it for 5–10 minutes.

Cook the Chicken Filling
In a pan add minced chicken, onions, spices, and green chili. Cook on medium flame until water dries and chicken becomes flavorful.

Shape the Snacks
Divide the dough into small portions.
Roll each portion into a thin flat sheet.
Cut the dough into square shapes and trim the edges.
Now give it a flower-style snack shape.

Fill the Snacks
Add the cooked chicken filling in the center and seal properly.
Prepare all snacks the same way.

Frying
Heat oil on medium flame.
Fry the snacks until they turn crispy golden brown.
Remove and drain on tissue.
