Описание: 8 MINUTE INTENSE UPPER BODY HOTEL WORKOUT // No equipment, no noise

Here's a short but intense and effective upper body workout that requires no equipment and makes no noise! This workout is perfect when travelling and staying a hotel room because we won't be making any noise, we only need a small amount of space and we don't need any equipment.

Follow along as I guide you through this 8 minute upper body workout and I'll be talking through the correct form as well as letting you know exactly what's coming up next.

Warm up before here:    • WARM UP EXERCISES BEFORE WORKOUT | FOLLOW ...  
Cool down and stretch after here:    • 5 MINUTE STRETCH AFTER WORKOUT | COOL DOWN...  

So let's get to the workout! We're doing 8 exercises in a HIIT style and 50sec of work followed by 10sec of rest.
