Getting your second pull-up, muscle-up or handstand push-up can be almost as difficult as getting your first. One extra rep may not seem like much, but you're almost doubling your muscular work capacity to get that second rep.
That's why you'll still want to include regressive exercises in your routine to work on technique, improve tension control, and get more practice with the fundamental movement.
