Our Postnatal Yoga & Pilates Series is six weeks long and intended to gradually help you reclaim your body and feel strong after having your baby. Every birth story is unique and every body is unique, thus everyone has a different timeline for when they are ready to begin working out again. Make sure that you are at least 6 weeks postpartum and your doctor has given you the green light. This series will help you safely begin working out with a focus on core support muscles: abdominals, hips, glutes, pelvic floor, as well as overall strength. This practice is for you whether you're new to yoga and pilates or are a seasoned veteran. I hope you love it!
