MOUTH WATERING CHICKEN PANINI
Ingredients:
Chicken breast (flattened) 500 grams
For Marinade
Ingredient Quantity
Parsley 1 tbsp
Basil 1 tbsp
Rosemary 1 tsp
Onion powder 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Thyme 1 tsp
Crushed red chili 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
METHOD
Marinate chicken breast fillets with all the given ingredients, grill in 2 tbsp butter.
Ingredients for Herb Butter
Butter 4 ounce mixed with chopped parsley 1 tbsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Salt n pepper ¼ tsp
Ingredients for Sauce
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Fresh basil chopped 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Siracha sauce 2 tbsp mixed all together
Other Ingredients
Pickled cucumber
Iceberg lettuce
Hot sauce
Chili garlic ketchup
Herb butter
Large sandwich loaf slices 12
Cheese slices 6 - 8
Ketchup
Chili garlic sauce
Cucumber slices
METHOD
Marinate chicken with all the above ingredients for few hours, grill in 2 tbsp butter and chop, make herb butter keep aside, make sauce keep aside.
METHOD TO MAKE SANDWICHES
Take bread slices, spread with herb butter on one side on bread slice, spread with ketchup, chili garlic sauce, put grilled chicken pieces, cucumber slices, jerkins sliced, salad leaves, prepared sauce, cheese slice, cover with second slice of bread, put in a Panini baker to grill, serve with fries and coleslaw salad.
LACHHA KHEER
Ingredients
Milk 1 litre
Soaked rice ½ cup and grinded
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Sugar ½ cup
Almond powder 2 tbsp
Rabri 1 cup
Rose petals for serving
METHOD
Cook milk with rice, when tender add sugar, almond powder, cool kheer, add rabri, cardamom powder, serve garnished with rose petals, serve chilled.
BADAM PURI
Ingredients
Flour 1 cup
Semolina ¼ cup
Salt ¼ tsp
Clarified butter 2 tbsp
Warm water to knead the dough
Ingredients for Filling
Almond grounded ¼ cup
Warm milk 1 tbsp
Gurr 2 tbsp
METHOD FOR FILLING
Mix all together into a paste, fill the filling in puri and deep fry.
METHOD FOR PURI
Knead the dough, leave to rise, make small balls, slightly spread, fill with filling, re-roll, form into a smooth paida, flatten and roll into a puri of saucer size by sprinkling flour, deep fry in hot ghee pressing puri slightly.
