This Restorative Reformer Pilates class is a 52-minute full body stretch and mobility flow created to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your body.
This session is intentionally gentle and low intensity, focusing on spinal mobility, side-body lengthening, hip and hamstring release, and calming transitions using the long box and light spring settings. It’s ideal for days when your body feels tight, tired, or in need of care.
You’ll move through controlled roll-downs, lateral flexion, rotation, long-box stretches, kneeling hip openers, feet-in-straps mobility, and a grounding finish designed to help you feel restored — not depleted.
This is not a strength or cardio workout. It’s a feel-good Reformer Pilates class meant to support flexibility, circulation, and nervous system calm.
