This Lymphatic Drainage Rebounder Workout is a 12-minute gentle, low-impact session designed to support circulation, reduce that heavy or puffy feeling in the body, and help calm your nervous system.
This is not a cardio workout and there is no jumping or intensity required. We use soft, rhythmic rebounding, weight shifts, gentle rotation, and breath to encourage lymphatic flow and help the body feel supported and grounded.
You’ll move through:
Gentle health bouncing to stimulate lymph flow
Side-to-side weight shifts for lower-body circulation
Thoracic rotation to support upper-body lymph drainage
Arm movements to drain the arms, chest, and neck
Slow marching and calf work to support circulation in the legs
A grounding finish to help the nervous system settle
This class is part of my Wind Down Wednesday series and is perfect if you’re feeling stressed, tight, swollen, run down, or returning to movement after illness or a busy season.
You can use this workout as a standalone reset or as a gentle add-on between Pilates days.
