This Pilates Reformer full body workout uses the Pilates box and an optional stability cushion to fire up your core, challenge balance, and build total-body strength and control.
In this 43-minute intermediate Reformer Pilates class, you’ll move through intentional, strength-focused sequences designed to activate your deep stabilizers while working your glutes, legs, arms, back, and abs. The stability cushion adds an extra layer of core engagement, but every exercise includes options if you don’t have one.
Expect classic Reformer footwork, bridging with instability, arms + straps with core integration, kneeling balance work on the box, prone back-body strengthening, plank pikes, oblique work, and a strong feet-in-straps finisher.
