This lentil snack is soft on the inside, crispy on the outside, and packed with plant-based protein! It's a simple and healthy recipe made with common ingredients you probably already have at home. Perfect for lunch, dinner, or even as a snack!
📌 Ingredients:
200g Red lentils
1 Onion
Ghee (If you are vegan, substitute with vegetable oil)
1 Carrot
1 Clove of garlic
5g Fresh ginger
1 tbsp Tomato paste
Fresh parsley
3 tbsp Ground flaxseed
3 tbsp Chickpea flour
½ tsp Ground paprika
½ tsp Cumin
Salt to taste
Freshly ground pepper
50g Roasted sesame seeds
📌 Sauce:
3 tbsp Tahini
1 tbsp Honey
Juice from half a lemon
1 tsp Mustard
Salt to taste
Freshly ground pepper
30ml Water
