This chickpea appetizer is soft on the inside, crispy on the outside, and packed with plant-based protein! It's a simple and healthy recipe made with everyday ingredients you probably already have at home. Perfect for lunch, dinner, or even as a snack!
📌 Ingredients:
• 1 Sweet potato (250-300g)
• 250g Boiled or canned chickpeas
• 1 Onion
• 1 clove of garlic
• Ghee
(replace with vegetable oil if you are vegan)
• 3 tbsp Chickpea flour
• Fresh parsley
• Salt to taste
• Freshly ground pepper
•50g rice flour
📌 Sauce:
• Fresh dill and parsley ( Small bundle )
• Fresh basil ( Small bundle )
• 3 tbsp of natural yogurt
(replace with plant-based yogurt if you are vegan)
• Salt to taste
• Freshly ground pepper
