Through my own dark night of the soul I struggled to find any representation of my own awakening experience online, on social media or videos/podcasts. I noticed there was often a gap in some peoples stories where they had gone through HUGE changes in their lives but weren’t talking about the emotional, physical and mental impact that those transitions had in their lives. Hopefully in this video I can fill that gap, be honest about my experience and help anyone going through their own transition feel less alone, feel seen and know that difficult periods CAN be part of a spiritual awakening rather than an idealised and perfected image that is sold often on social media.
