This is one section of a strength endurance workout in my 8-week kettlebell course.
Do 5 rounds of:
A1) Push- to Spiderman lunges for 1 minute
Rest 30 seconds
A2) 1-5 ladder of Kettlebell deadlift to bent over row ( complete in 1 minute )
Rest 30 seconds
This should take 15 minutes to complete. You can use a moderate to heavy bell for this. I used a 24kg bell.
