Here is another great 10 minute workout!
“Snatched”
Set a timer for 10 minutes. Each minute you will perform 1 of 2 exercises. The exercises are Burpees, and Kettlebell Snatches.
Minute 1. Burpee
Minute 2. Snatch
Minute 3. Burpee
Minute 4. Snatch
Minute 5. Burpee
Minute 6. Snatch
Minute 7. Burpee
Minute 8. Snatch
Minute 9. Burpee
Minute 10. Snatch
The goal is to complete as many reps as possible. Make sure to grab a kettlebell that you can manage. The goal for this workout is to build conditioning and keep moving if the weight is to heavy it will force you to stop and rest. This will change the outcome of what we are trying to achieve. You are allowed to hand switch as many times as you like with the kettlebell. Thanks so much for following!
