ingredients:-
100ml sunflower oil
125g icing sugar + 1tsp salt
½ tsp finely grated lemon zest
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp honey
1 egg
40g desiccated coconut
240g plain flour(maida)
BAKE in the preheated oven 160℃ for 20 minutes.
