Light push workout on Chunky Unc Fitness – Day 4 (adjusted)!
After baseline, heavy push day 1, a pull day and hitting the legs, we smash a lighter push session today — but I felt a little hamstring strain during handstand kick-ups, so we swapped to chest-to-wall walk-ups instead. Safety first — if you're tired, sore, or something feels off, take rest or modify. No point in pushing through and getting hurt.
This is the real session: planche lean holds, wall handstand holds, chest-to-wall walk-ups, and plank core work. All beginner progressions, honest effort, real rest.
