After the baseline, it's time to start building. This is my actual push session — planche progressions (frog stand, planche lean), wall handstand holds, and hollow body core work. No perfect form, no hype, just a beginner grinding through the holds with real effort and rest...and structured for you to be able to follow along with me!
If you're starting calisthenics and want to see what early strength training actually looks like (sweat, short holds, and all), this is it.
