Mixing different breath modalities can be deeply calming for both the mind and the body. In this 12-Minute Breathwork Reset, we begin by using the body to slow down the mind. The frequency of the body is naturally slower than the frequency of the mind, so we start with gentle body movements and focused awareness on different body parts to help reconnect the two.
From there, we move into a dynamic, activating breath to build energy and circulation, and then gently transition into AH and M breathing. This final phase combines breath, sound, and body vibration to support release, grounding, and a deep sense of calm.
