Front Squats have good carryover into overhead lifts, loading events, and deadlifts. Zombie Squats are the hardest variation of front squats that we’ve found. Definitely try other variations before you attempt this one, and make sure you have the safeties set up in case you fail a rep. Any leaning forward on this exercise can result in the bar shifting and being dumped.
