This footwork exercise will help you to improve:
Your reaction / quickness, Endurance, Leg Strength and Mental Strength.
Agility Exercise:
1. Hop up & down (bounce on your toe)
2. Hop front & back
3. Lunges front & back
4. Squat lunge side to side
5. V Sprint
6. Quick Sprint
