1 hour full body circuits to work all the major muscle groups! Welcome to Day 15 of my OWN IT 2.0 program!

Today is all about circuits and combination movements to get the most out of the workout as we can! There are 3 circuits today that we perform 3 times each. There will be 6 exercises per circuit. The timer will be set for 40 seconds of work with 20 seconds of rest between exercises. There will be a 1 minute finisher of alternating hand dumbbell Burpees!

Equipment needed for today will be a mat or soft surface and a pair of light/moderate dumbbells. I'll be using 2 x 15 lbs today.

Make this workout your own! Go at a pace that’s comfortable for you, and keep that core engaged the entire time. Focus on the Quality of every rep over the Quantity! The timer is just a guide so take the extra rest when needed and also modify the movements as needed! Make sure whenever using weights to use weights that suit your fitness level but are still challenging!
