Join me for this 32-minute Tabata sweat workout with weights. In this workout we will work the entire body for strength and cardio. You can use either a set of dumbbells, a kettlebell, or both. We'll be working in the traditional Tabata format of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest in 4-minute rounds. Modifications given for all fitness levels. Are you ready? Let's do it!
