This is your BodyFit by Amy No Repeat Dumbbell HIIT Workout! This is your first workout of your Holiday HIIT Challenge and I am so excited we're going to be working with your dumbbells. We're going to get it all in! We'll get strength and cardio and we'll get some high intensity intervals to really pump that heart rate up. All you need for this workout is a little space to move and your dumbbells and a mat. Are you ready? Let's do it!
