I'm Dr. Beth, a certified yoga teacher and licensed clinical psychologist who understands the mind-body connection. My approach combines gentle yoga with mindfulness techniques to support both physical and mental well-being.
💕I specialize in making yoga approachable for beginners, restarters, and older yogis like myself (I'm 57). My accessible practices offer mindful movement variations for individual bodies and abilities. I believe that every body is a yoga body!
🧘🏽♀️My teaching is infused with my expertise in mental health and is trauma-sensitive. My mind-body emphasis focuses on encouraging increased internal somatic awareness, also called interoception.
☯️I teach mindful yoga, gentle hatha yoga, yin yoga, restorative yoga, chair yoga, yoga over 50, and yoga with therapy balls, plus I offer mindfulness meditation and sleep practices.
