Описание: Relax and unwind with this all-floor gentle yoga routine. This 30-minute yoga practice is designed specifically for beginners and those over 50—no standing required! As a psychologist and yoga teacher, I created this routine to help you release deep tension areas such as the hips and lower back while fostering an improved mind-body connection.

In this video, you will practice:
Basic breath and body awareness for increased mindfulness
Simple seated and kneeling stretches to increase mobility
Gentle poses to build strength without leaving the floor

WELCOME to Mindful Yoga!
I'm Dr. Beth, a certified yoga teacher and licensed clinical psychologist. With these dual areas of expertise, I create yoga practices that offer holistic benefits for your overall health and well-being.

💕I specialize in making yoga approachable for beginners, restarters, and older yogis like myself (I'm 57). My accessible practices offer mindful movement variations for individual bodies and abilities.

🧘🏽‍♀️My yoga teaching is enhanced by my mental health background and is trauma-sensitive. I incorporate mindfulness by focusing on increased somatic awareness, also called internal awareness or interoception.

☯️My channel offers mindful yoga, gentle hatha yoga, yin yoga, restorative yoga, chair yoga, yoga over 50, yoga with therapy balls, plus mindfulness meditation and sleep practices (including adult sleep stories).
