Thank you for joining me today for our yoga practice for strength. This practice is intended for intermediate level - as always please be reminded to listen to your body and only work through the movements that feel good for you today, taking rests whenever you require them. I strongly suggest finishing your practice with some quiet time or a guided meditation and I have linked one of my meditations in the video, however for ease you can use one of these links:

Today's practice is all about strength for the core and arms whist moving into several poses to assist in flexibility for the full body with some intense stretches through the hips and shoulders.
