Описание: Hello!
My name is Amanda and this recording was taken from a live stream class that I taught a while ago. In this practice I am using a Yoga block to assist with some resistance and additional weight (even though it is really light).

You could do this practice without any prop or you could use something from around your home like a soft ball, a small cushion or even a hand towel.

Pilates is a wonderful format that helps us improve our posture through core exercises where we focus on strengthening the muscles that support our bodies for good posture. These are the muscles that will help us to walk into our old age with stability.
