Week 6 of 8 in our progressive Circuit and TABATA sessions, all using body weight and no equipment.
This week we have a circuit session, with a focus on legs.
This is a continuous circuit, so the aim is to keep good form and energy throughout. If you need a break take one, but aim to keep moving if you can!
50 secs - 10 sec transition time
60 secs break between 2 sets
Ending with a mystery finisher.
1. Plank walkout
2. Skaters - Add jumps to transition
3. Plank saw
4. Pulsing squats - Add a pause at bottom every 3 reps
5. Kick back to knee drive
6. Crab toe taps
7. Jumping squats - Pause at bottom of squat
8. Dead bug
9. Lateral lunges - Keep legs wide and try to get lower
10. Mixed mountain climbers - Opposite knee to opposite elbow, then same knee to same elbow, then knees through middle.
Plus a Finisher exercise for time.
