Описание: Today is a knee friendly full body strength workout. What you WON'T see are squats and lunges, what you WILL see are lots of great moves for the legs that are easy on the knees. Equipment is a variety of dumbbells, ankle weights (optional), and a mat. We have lots of great compound moves to strengthen and tone the entire body. This is NO REPEAT so master the move and give it all you can. Let's GO!!
