It’s Total Body today! That means strength & cardio. Each strength move will be 1 minute with no transition so I suggest using lighter weights. We are going to hit it all today, arms, legs, core and thighs! We finish with a 5 minute cardio blast to make this workout complete! Grab your dumbbells and a mat and LET’S GO!!
