Today we focus on the thighs and core! Lots of variety in the moves to challenge your midsection and thighs. If you are wanting to level up your thigh and ab workout at home - adding ankle weights is a GREAT way to do it. This can be a GAME CHANGER to getting more definition in those areas! You can totally do this workout without the weights, but I highly suggest getting a pair as they are an inexpensive piece of equipment that really do add a lot to some of the workouts. I also suggest extra padding for you knees😉. Strap on those weight and let's go!
