If you love burgers but still want to stay on track with weight loss, fat loss, and a low-carb lifestyle, today’s recipe is for you.
We’re making a viral-style burger in dough — but completely reimagined into a keto, no-carbs version. The dough is made with psyllium and coconut flour, so it’s completely grain-free and low carb. Inside, we layer juicy turkey patties, melted cheese, creamy sauce, pickles, and sweet caramelized onions.

📌 Ingredients (makes 3 burgers):
Dough:
1½ Tbsp psyllium husk (10 g)
⅓ cup coconut flour (35 g)
2 Tbsp olive oil (30 ml)
¾ cup boiling water (200 ml)
Filling:
¾ lb (360 g) ground turkey
salt and black pepper
6 slices provolone cheese
3 small pickles
Caramelized onions:
1 white onion
1 Tbsp olive oil (15 ml)
2 Tbsp soy sauce (30 ml)
1 Tbsp keto honey substitute (15 ml)
Sauce:
1 tsp mustard (5 g)
2 Tbsp mayonnaise (30 g)
1 Tbsp ketchup (15 g)
For topping:
1 egg (for egg wash)
sesame seeds (optional)
🥑 Macros (per burger — 1 of 3):
620 kcal · 40 g protein · 55 g fat · 7 g net carbs · 6 g fiber
👩🍳 Method:
Mix psyllium, coconut flour, and olive oil. Add boiling water and stir immediately until a soft dough forms. Cover and rest 20–30 minutes.
Form 3 turkey patties, season, and air fry at 190°C (374°F) for 15 minutes.
Sauté sliced onion in olive oil, add soy sauce and zero-carb honey, and cook until caramelized.
Mix sauce, slice pickles, and divide dough into 3 parts. Roll thin between parchment.
Fill with cheese, patty, sauce, cheese, pickles, and onions. Seal into buns.
Brush with egg wash, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and air fry at 190°C (374°F) for 20 minutes.
