During this class we will work through a sequence designed to enhance flexibility, build strength, and promote solid foundations in the basement of our body- the feet, ankles and legs.

This yoga class is more than just a physical workout; it's an opportunity to reconnect with your body, find inner balance, and leave feeling refreshed and empowered. Whether you're looking to alleviate tension, enhance flexibility, or simply unwind, this session is tailored to meet your needs.
