Dinner #1: Ginger Stir Fry
-1 cup white rice
-1/4 cup chopped ginger
-8 oz water
-1 bag frozen stir fry veggies
Set instant pot to rice (15 minutes) and let it naturally release for 5 minutes!

Dinner #2: Broccoli Cheeze Rice
-1 cup white rice
-1 bag frozen chopped broccoli
-1/2 bag frozen chopped onion
-1/4 cup nutritional yeast
-1 tbl garlic parsley seasoning
-8 oz water
Set instant pot to rice (15 minutes) and let it naturally release for 5 minutes!

Dinner #3: Fajita Rice
-1 cup brown rice
-1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
-1/2 chopped yellow pepper
-1/2 chopped red pepper
-1/2 chopped red onion
-2 tbl taco seasoning
-8 oz water
Set instant pot to rice (15 minutes) let naturally release for 5 minutes!
