Work your entire body in this 20 Min Full Body Pilates Flow. This is an Intermediate class but if you've done beginner classes and want a bit more of a challenge I highly encourage giving it a go!
I've had a little bit of time off after I moved back to Sydney, but I am so happy to be back doing what I love and bringing you all more classes! I am back to regular uploads for you all 😊
