This is a 35 minute vinyasa yoga flow. Part 5 of the Minimal Cues Series of classes. A slow, classic vinyasa flow practice of familiar postures with longer holds & less talk to help you more deeply connect with your movement and breath. The classes in the minimal cues series are ideal if you have a more established practice and you'd like a quiet, meditative experience. This practice concludes with pranayama (Nadi Shodhana - Alternative Nostril Breathing) and Shavasana.
For practice you may wish to have a block and folded blanket.
