Resistance Arm Workout | 6 Bicep And Tricep Exercises | No Attachment
This Resistance band workout will work your Biceps and Triceps You can watch the video to learn how to do the workout but I recommend you read the following paragraph first.
How to do this Resistance band Arm Workout
This Resistance Band Leg Workout workout is comprised of bicep and triceps exercises. You will do the exercises for 30 secs and then take a 15-sec break in between each set. You will do the workout for 2 rounds and that point you are welcome to repeat the workout again for a 3rd or 4th round. In order to repeat the workout, you will have do start the video from the start.
