Single Loaf Recipe (With Milk)
114g/4.1 Oz Starter
57g / 2 Oz (1/2 Stick) Butter
22g / 0.8 OZ (2 tbsp) Honey
204g/ 7.2 Oz (by weight) Water
566g/1 lb 4.1 oz Bread or AP Flour
62g / 2.2 oz/ 1/4 cup milk/cream/half and half
20g/0.7 oz Salt
Bake at 375° for 41 - 60 minutes…. Check internal temp: needs to be about 200°.
