Cucumber: 1 big size
Tomato: 2 big size
Potato: 1 big size (Boiled)
Beetroot: 2 small (Boiled)

Sandwich Masala: as needed
(chaat masala+ salt+ cumin powder+ black pepper)

Butter: as needed
Green Chutney: as needed
Bread: 6-8 slices (white or brown, cut the edges)
Sev and Fresh Coriander: for garnishing

Description:
1. Apply butter and green chutney on bread slices in required quantity
2. Start placing vegetables one by one by keep sprinkling sandwich masala in between the layers
3. Close the sandwich with other bread
4. Grill the sandwich in grill machine or in a pan by applying butter on both sides
5. Garnish with cheese and tomato sauce
6. Veg Grill Sandwich is ready to serve
