Ingredients:
French Beans: 300gm
Oil: 1 tbsp (for frying)
Oil: 3 tbsp (for tadka)
Onion: 2 medium (finely sliced)
Green chilies: 2
Potatoes: 2 medium size
Giner Garlic Paste: 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder: ¼ tsp
Red Chili Powder: 1 tsp
Dry Mango Powder: 4-5 pinch
Kashmiri Chili Powder: ½ tsp
Tomatoes: 1 ½ medium size (cut in pieces)
Salt: To taste
Description:
1. Heat oil in a pan on medium flame and fry french beans for 2-3 minutes, and cover & cook for 2 minutes on low flame
2. Remove and keep aside
3. Heat oil in a kadhai at high flame, add onion and green chilies, fry for 2 minutes and add potatoes
4. Add ginger-garlic paste, fried french beans, dry powder spices, tomatoes and salt
5. Mix well and cover and cook on low flame till potatoes and french beans cooks completely
6. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot
