Ingredients:
Chicken: 1.5kg. (cut in 4 or 8 pieces, tandoori cut)
Clean chicken and make a deep slit as shown
Marination Paste:
Hung Curd: 350 gms
Salt: To Taste
Green Chilies: 5-6 crushed
Ginger-Garlic Paste: 2 tbsp
Cashew Paste: 8-10 (soak in hot water for one hour and grind to a paste)
Black Pepper Powder: 1 tbsp
White Pepper Powder: 1 tbsp
Chaat Masala: 1 tbsp
Cumin Powder: ½ tsp
Coriander Powder: 1 tbsp
Fenugreek Leaves: 1 tbsp (roasted)
Lemon: ½
Corn Flour: 2 tbsp
Fresh Cream: ¼ cup
Oil: 2 tbsp
Other Ingredients:
Oil: For Frying
Description:
1. Make a marination paste by mixing all ingredients together
2. Add chicken pieces and coat well with the paste and keep it for marination for 2-4 hours or over night
3. Heat oil in a pan at medium to high flame, add chicken pieces and keep cooking from each side by covering and flipping the sides on low to medium heat till chicken gets tender
4. Roast the chicken pieces as shown
5. Serve hot with mint chutney and your favorite salad
