Egg Masala is a very tasty side dish, goes well with Roti/Naan/ Rice. This is a variation to your regular egg curry. Tried to prepare it in dhaba Style. Do try it and give me your feedback.
Ingredients
6-7 Boiled Eggs
2-3 Big Tomato (chopped)
2 Big onions (chopped)
2-3 tsp ginger garlic green chilli paste
Salt
Chilly powder
Kashmiri red chilly powder ( optional)
Turmeric powder
Cumin powder
Coriander powder
1 tbsp Gram flour ( besan)
1 tsp kasoori methi (dried Fenugreek leaves)
1 tsp garam masala
1 Bay leaf
1" cinnamon
2/3 green cardamom
2/3 cloves
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp black pepper powder
Oil
Coriander leaves chopped
