Ingredients:
For 1st marination:
800g Chicken (Bone or Boneless, cut into medium pieces)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
1 n 1/2 tablespoons Ginger Garlic (Paste)
1 tbsp lemon juice

For the 2nd marination:
3-4 tsp mustard oil
1 tbsp roasted gram flour ( besan)
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp Chilly powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp Roasted kasoori methi
1tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 cup hung curd

For the Gravy :
2 tbsp (Oil)
1-2 tbsp + 1 tbsp Butter
1 cinnamon (stick)
2 Pods Cardamom
3 Cloves
1 bay leaf
5 dry red Chilies
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 big Onions ( roughly chopped)
1 cup tomato puree
2 tbsp Cashewnuts
1 tsp Kashmiri chilly powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp Kasoori Methi
1 tbsp roasted gram flour / Besan
1 tsp garam masala
Salt
2-3 tbsp Fresh Cream
Hot water
Chopped coriander leaves
