This is a step by step tutorial to help you with half moon balance. Remember balance postures can be intimidating and depending on what it is and how you get into it, if you are off that day it can be frustrating.
A few key points you want to remember when doing balancing poses.
1. Have a focal point we call this drishti in sanskrit
2. Bring awareness to the breath
3. Hug the outer hip muscles in
4. Your connection to the floor is important (root through all four corners)
