Описание: This 10 minute follow along workout for your abs will have your mid section sculpted in no time! The class targets all of the muscles in the abdominal area - the upper abs, lower abs, and obliques - and works towards a strong and defined 6 pack.

We work non-stop for 10 minutes, switching up the exercise every 30 seconds. By the end of the class you should feel a burn and have broken a sweat, knowing that you have pushed yourself and worked hard.

Come back to it regularly if you want to see results!
