Описание: You don't need any equipment to do this SLOW & INTENSE abs workout. We'll be toning and defining our abs with this quick 12-minute class, focusing on slow and controlled movements for that intense burn!

Slow movement exercises boost strength, muscle growth, and balance by increasing time under tension and mind-muscle connection, while enhancing flexibility, posture, and injury prevention through better form and reduced joint stress, also promoting mindfulness and stress reduction.

The workout has just 6 exercise that we repeat for 2 rounds, but I can guarantee you'll be breaking a sweat and those muscles will be shaking by the end!
